1. What are your sofa covers made from?

2. How do I choose the right size sofa cover?
The perfect fit is key! We have a detailed How to Measure and Choose Guide to help you. In short, you will need a fabric measuring tape to measure:

• Total Width (from outer edge of left arm to right arm)

• Total Depth (from the front of the seat cushions to the back)

• Total Height (from the floor to the top of the back)
  Always refer to our specific size chart on each product page. If you're between sizes or have a unique sofa shape, we recommend sizing up for a looser fit or choosing our stretchable options.

3. Will the sofa cover fit my specific sofa model (e.g., IKEA, M&S, DFS)?
Our covers are designed to be universal fits, meaning they work with thousands of sofa models, including popular brands like IKEA, DFS, M&S, and many more. The key is to compare your sofa's dimensions (width, depth, height) with our size chart, rather than relying on the model name. Our stretch covers are particularly adaptable to various shapes.

4. Are your sofa covers machine washable?
Yes, the vast majority of our sofa covers are fully machine washable, making them easy to clean and maintain. We always recommend:

• Washing in cold or lukewarm water on a gentle cycle.

• Using a mild detergent.

• Avoiding bleach and fabric softeners.

• Tumble drying on low heat or air drying to prevent shrinkage.

5. Do the covers slip or move around?
Our sofa covers are designed with features to prevent slipping:

• Elasticated Edges: Most of our covers have elasticated hems (especially under the seat cushions) to create a secure, snug fit.

• Non-Slip Backing: Some models include non-slip dots or strips on the reverse.

• Ties & Straps: Many of our loose-fit styles come with integrated ties or straps to anchor the cover to the sofa frame.

Yes! We ship to most countries globally. During checkout, you can select your country to see accurate shipping options and costs. 

7. What are your shipping costs and delivery times?

• Shipping Costs: These vary depending on your location and order size. We often offer FREE standard shipping on orders over €50. (€6 Shipping Fees under €50)

8. What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

11. How do I remove wrinkles from my sofa cover?
The best way to remove wrinkles is to tumble dry on a low heat setting for 10-15 minutes immediately after washing. If wrinkles persist, you can use a steamer or an iron on a low heat setting (appropriate for the fabric type). Always check the care label first.

12. My cover got stained. What should I do?
Act quickly! Blot (do not rub) any liquid spill immediately. For most stains on our performance fabrics (like microfiber), a damp cloth with a small amount of mild soap should suffice. For tougher stains, we recommend a fabric cleaner suitable for the specific material. Always test any cleaner on an inconspicuous area first.
